It certainly beats to be a girl on Valentine's Day
I walked in there were no chocolate chip cookies, they told me it was a 20 minute wait. As you can imagine I was shocked the young girl behind the counter told me he was just kidding. I told the guy he can get himself in big trouble if he tells a woman she has to wait 20 minutes for chocolate
He smiled handed me a bag with two hot from the oven chocolate chip cookies on the house -

almond croissants are ok, really good for on the go!

I was disappointed in the servings for the toppings in the Grilled chicken Caesar salad. Literally two pieces of parmesan cheese, a scoop of fried Parmesan cheese, and a little bit a chicken that was rubbery. The only thing that saved my lunch was the taste of the mango orange juice. I'll be back just to get that. First time buying something from here. Too early to say it'll be the last. The pastries looks amazing though

This food chain is similar to Whole Foods (ironically there's a Whole Foods right across the street from this location lol). If you're looking for a healthy food option, this is a good choice. Another plus is that they serve decent espresso drinks, have strong WiFi, and adequate seating. This is also a nice location right across of Bryant park.
We visited on a Sunday evening. Staff were friendly, items were still well stocked and the tables were fairly clean.
The following week we went to London and Pret is also very popular there. Wish they're open up shop in Hawai'i too. -

a good solid pret on 6th ave and 38th st that if you come early during the morning the bagels will still be warm and the blueberry muffin , cookies , crossiants are still fresh .i grab and go as the place has limited space and all available seats are taken which makes order and go the better option . folks from my job dont like the coffee but i kinda like getting my cappy here as its made strong which helps me when dealing with morons and slackers at my office. during lunch time its just as crowded and the sandwiches , soups , salads , wraps , etc ,fly off the shelves and the good thing about it is that its restocked right away cause i need my small turkey chili soup and chicken burrito hot wrap. plenty of prets around the city and plenty of us folks are happy about that.
